Maryland Property Management Pricing

Expense Limit: $500.00

The expense limit is defined as the amount of funds the property manager is authorized to spend, without direct prior authorization by the owner of each occurrence. Sometimes expenses can pop up out of nowhere and at unusual times. Like water leaks at 2:00am or the heat not working at 7pm on a Friday night. Entrusted Property Management will ALWAYS attempt to contact each owner in these cases but are authorized to move forward to handle the necessary repairs.

Minimum Reserve: $500.00

The minimum reserve are funds deposited into the PM’s account by the owner to cover the minimum expense limit to be used only in cases where moving forward without the owner’s direct consent is necessary to avoid further property issues. Remember that Entrusted Property Management will always attempt to contact each owner in every case and will only act when it is deemed to be in the best interest of the property. This money will be refunded if unused for repair.
