• Lease preparation

• Coordinate tenant move in and inspection checklists

• Property orientation-tenant resources

• Tenant Handbook

• Deliver the keys

• Optional Ongoing Property Management Services*

*Implies an optional paid service. All other items are included in the tenant placement agreement.

Our ongoing property management services include the following:

• Six-month tenant placement warranty*

• Tenant pitfall avoidance measures and policies

• Rent collection-tenant online and auto pay options available

• Landlords – online ACH, disbursements monthly

• Initiate collections and evictions when necessary.

• Advanced, automated software for tenant requests, issue resolution and tenant invoicing

• End of year vendor, 1099 forms

• 24/7 support to respond to service requests

• Maintaining trust accounts for security deposits

• Perform periodic inspections

• Provide income statements and reports to the property owners

• Handling turnovers and security deposits

*Applies only to residential tenants in a lease 12 months or longer, placed by Entrusted Property Management for the specific owner named in this agreement.
